Out-of-area customers may return unopened mattresses within 14 days. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label if the mattress is still sealed in its original packaging

What items are final sale?
Opened mattresses, pillows, accessories, clearance items, floor models, and adjustable bases are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
