Refund policy 

At Golden Coil Mattress, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your mattress, we offer a 48-hour return policy to ensure you find the perfect fit for your sleep needs. Returns must be in original condition, with proof of purchase, and may be subject to a restocking fee. For hygienic reasons, opened mattress, pillows, accessories, clearance items, and floor models are all final sale and cannot be returned. Custom orders may also be final sale. Our team is here to assist with exchanges or refunds, ensuring a stress-free, transparent experience.

Eligible Returns

  • Mattresses must be in original condition—in bag, or inside original box, unopened.

  • if mattress is out of box or out original bag you will not get a refund.

  • Pillows, accessories, clearance items, and floor models are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Custom orders may also be final sale and ineligible for returns.

  • Adjustable bases are part of a 48 - hour return policy. adjustable baes are not part of the sleep trial program. 

  • Furniture has 48 hours return policy. 

  • If customer returns mattress in original condition, within 48 hour window, and came with gifts or gifts with purchase, they must return item along with mattress to receive full refund. Otherwise, the price of gifts will equal to the amount discounted towards the mattress. So, refund will be total for mattress minus gift with purchase amount. 

Restocking Fees & Refund Processing

  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after the returned item is inspected.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.

Exchanges & Manufacturer Defects

  • Customers may exchange a mattress within 48 hours if they prefer a different model and if the mattress is not opened from bag and or box.

  • If a mattress has a manufacturer defect, we will assist in processing a warranty claim.

Sleep Trial Policy

  • If Golden Coil Mattress offers a sleep trial, customers must follow specific return guidelines outlined in the trial policy.

At Golden Coil Mattress, we believe that choosing the right mattress takes time. That’s why we offer a 60-day sleep trial on certain models, allowing customers to test their new mattress in the comfort of their home.

1. How the Sleep Trial Works

  • Customers must use a protective mattress cover during the trial to maintain the mattress in original condition.

  • The sleep trial begins on the delivery date and lasts for 60 days.

  • If a customer is not satisfied within the trial period, they may exchange the mattress for a different model or brand of choice, Mattress must be equal or higher value. If its higher value customer must pay the difference. no returns are allowed. exchanges are subject to eligibility.

  • Customer must choose same size of mattress as the original on the paperwork, if customer chooses to change to bigger size they must pay difference.

  • One Sleep trial is allowed within the 60 day sleep trial of original purchase.

  • Customer will only get 1 Sleep trial. there's no sleep trial after the 60 days or on second mattress.

2. Sleep trial Conditions

  • Mattresses must be in original condition—clean, undamaged, and free of stains or odors.

  • If customer decides to exchange mattress for bigger or smaller size customer may pay the difference.

  • Mattress must have a valid mattress protector

3. Delivery & Exchange Process

  • One exchange per customer is allowed within the trial period.

  • Delivery fees from the original purchase are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for additional transportation fees if exchanging or returning their mattress.

4. Manufacturer Defects vs. Comfort Preferences

  • If the mattress has a manufacturer defect, we will assist with a warranty claim.

  • If the return is due to comfort preference, standard sleep trial policies apply.

Financing & Returns

  • If an item was purchased using third-party financing, refunds will be processed based on lender policies. Customers may still be responsible for financing fees.
