At Golden Coil Mattress, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your mattress, we offer a 14 day return policy after receiving the product. Returns must be in original condition, with proof of purchase. For hygienic reasons, opened mattress, pillows, accessories, clearance items, and floor models are all final sale and cannot be returned. Our team is here to assist with exchanges or refunds, ensuring a stress-free, transparent experience.

🔁 Return Policy – Transparency You Can Trust


At Golden Coil Mattress, we believe in transparency and fairness. Below you’ll find our clear guidelines for returns, exchanges, and sleep trials.

🗓️ Standard Returns (14 Days)


•     Eligibility
Unopened mattresses, furniture, and eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
•     Final Sale Items
Opened mattresses, pillows, accessories, clearance items, floor models, and adjustable bases are non‑returnable.
•     Refunds
Issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost.
•     Delivery Fees
Original delivery fees are refundable if the return meets all conditions.
•     Restocking Fees
No restocking fees apply.

🔄 Exchanges (14 Days)


•     Customers may exchange an unopened mattress or eligible product within 14 days of delivery.
•     Exchanges must be for the same size product. If a higher‑priced item is chosen, the customer pays the difference.
•     Delivery fees from the original purchase are refundable; additional transportation fees will apply for exchanges.

💤 Sleep Trial (90 Days – Select Mattresses)


Some mattresses include a 90‑Day Sleep Trial for comfort preferences.
•     Local Customers (within 50 miles of National City, CA)
Eligible for one exchange within 90 days of delivery.
Mattress must remain clean, undamaged, and free of stains or odors.
A mattress protector must be used during the trial.
Law tags must remain attached.
Exchanges must be for the same size mattress.
If the new mattress is higher in value, the customer pays the difference.
Refunds are not available under the sleep trial program.
•     Out-of-Area Customers
Returns are accepted on unopened mattresses that remain sealed in original packaging.
We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
Opened mattresses are not eligible for return outside our local zone.
•     Exclusions
Adjustable bases, frames, and foundations are not part of the sleep trial.

🛠️ Warranty & Defects


•     Manufacturer defects are covered under warranty.
•     We will assist customers in processing warranty claims.
•     Comfort preferences are not considered defects.
