If you're not completely satisfied with your mattress, we offer a 14 day return policy after receiving the product. Returns must be in original condition. For hygienic reasons, opened mattress, accessories, clearance items, and floor models are all final sale and cannot be returned. Our team is here to assist with exchanges or refunds, ensuring a stress-free, transparent experience.

Mattress Returns
Mattresses may be returned 14 days after Shipping. if unused, undamaged, and still sealed in original packaging. Opened mattresses are final sales. Original Shipping fee is not refundable. Golden Coil Mattress, LLC will provide a return slip label at no cost to customer for returns. Returns are free of shipping charge.
All Product Returns
Adjustable bases, metal frames, Accessories, and furniture may be returned 14 days after Shipping, only if unopened and or unassembled.
Once assembled or removed from original packaging, these items become final sale.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Final Sale Items
Opened mattresses, opened accessories, clearance items, and floor models, are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
Return Window
Non‑mattress products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
Return Fees
A $79 return pickup fee may apply depending on the item and location.
Customers may also bring eligible items back to the store at no charge.

Warranty & Defects
• Manufacturer defects are covered under warranty.
• We will assist customers in processing warranty claims.
• Comfort preferences are not considered defects.

We offer a 90-Day Sleep Trial exclusively to customers located within San Diego County, CA. We want you to love your Golden Coil mattress. Our 90‑Day Sleep Trial is designed to give you peace of mind, flexibility, and confidence — without the confusion or fine print you’ll find at big-box stores. Sleep comfortably knowing we’ve got your back.
Comfort Exchange Details
To keep the process smooth and fair, our trial includes the following guidelines:
1. One Exchange Per Mattress
Each mattress qualifies for one comfort exchange during the 90‑day period.
2. Mattress Protector Required
A waterproof mattress protector must be used from day one.
Mattresses with stains, odors, or damage are not eligible for exchange.
3. $99 Exchange Fee
A flat $99 exchange fee applies to all comfort exchanges.
This covers transportation, handling, and sanitation costs.
4. Exchanges Only — No Refunds
The sleep trial allows for exchanges, not refunds.
This ensures we can continue offering premium service and fair pricing.
Trial applies only to new, non-clearance mattresses purchased at regular pricing
5. Condition Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, the mattress must be:
• Clean
• Undamaged
• Free of stains or odors
• Used on a proper foundation or base
6. Exclusions
The sleep trial does not apply to:
• Clearance or floor models
• Mattresses purchased at a heavy discount
• Mattresses without a protector
• Mattresses showing signs of misuse or neglect
