Warranty Information

At Golden Coil Mattress, LLC, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. All mattresses, bed frames, and accessories we sell are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Mattress Warranty – MLILY

Every mattress we carry is covered by a 10‑year limited warranty through MLILY. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects such as:

  • Sagging or body impressions beyond the manufacturer’s tolerance

  • Broken or protruding coils (if applicable)

  • Faulty foam or structural defects

Accessories Warranty – MLILY

All sheets, protectors, duvets, and pillows are covered by a 3‑year limited warranty through MLILY. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Adjustable Base Warranty – MLILY

All adjustable bases are covered by a 2‑year limited warranty through MLILY. This warranty protects against defects in materials, motors, and workmanship under normal use.

Frame & Foundation Warranty

  • Coverage applies to structural defects such as broken welds, cracked wood, or faulty hardware.

  • Warranty length may vary by product and manufacturer.

What MLILY Will Do

MLILY USA, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including body impressions within the manufacturer’s tolerance

  • Stains, spills, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper support

  • Comfort preference (too soft/too firm after use)

  • Products sold “as‑is” or floor models, unless otherwise stated

How to Get Service

To request warranty service:

Please fully complete the form available at www.mlilyusa.com/warranty-claim/.

  1. MLILY will contact you within one week regarding your claim.

  2. Keep your original receipt and a copy of it so that your request can be processed quickly and accurately.

  3. A photo or scan of your receipt, along with photos and descriptions of the defect, will be required to properly process your claim.

Important Notes

  • Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer, not directly by Golden Coil Mattress, LLC.

  • Transportation or inspection fees may apply, depending on the manufacturer’s policy.

  • To keep your warranty valid, always use a proper frame or foundation and a mattress protector.
