Warranty Information

10‑Year Limited Mattress Warranty

​

All mattresses purchased from us include a 10‑Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

​

What’s Covered:

​

  • Manufacturing defects in the foam, springs, or support layers

  • Permanent body impressions greater than 1.5 inches

  • Defects in the mattress cover, stitching, or zipper

  • Premature sagging not caused by improper use

  • Structural defects that affect sleep performance

​

What’s Not Covered:

​

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper foundations

  • Stains, odors, spills, or unsanitary conditions

  • Normal softening of foam over time

  • Comfort preference changes

  • Mattresses used commercially (Airbnb, hotels, rentals)

  • Mattresses not kept in a protective cover

Warranty Requirements: To maintain warranty coverage, the mattress must be:

​

  • Used on a proper foundation or adjustable base

  • Protected with a mattress protector

  • Kept in sanitary condition

  • Stored and handled properly

​

How Claims Work: If you believe your mattress has a defect, contact us with:

​

  • Your order information

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

​

We will review your claim and determine eligibility under the terms of this Limited Warranty. If approved, we will repair or replace the mattress at our discretion.

This warranty is non‑transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
