🔁 Returns & Exchanges – Terms & Conditions
Mattress Returns
• Mattresses may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and still sealed in original packaging.
• Opened mattresses are final sale, except for local customers
eligible for our 90-Day Sleep Trial.
90-Day Sleep Trial (Local Orders Only)
We offer a 90-Day Sleep Trial exclusively to customers located within 50 miles of our showroom in National City, CA. If eligible, you may request a return or exchange within 90 days of delivery. Mattresses must be in clean, undamaged condition. Pickup will be scheduled by our team.
Out-of-Area Orders
For customers outside our local delivery zone, we accept returns on unopened mattresses that remain sealed in original packaging. If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
Final Sale Items
Opened mattresses, pillows, accessories, clearance items, floor models, and adjustable bases are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Delivery Fees
Original delivery fees are refundable only if the return meets eligibility requirements.
